Doorbell Camera: How long can I record before the microSD card is full?
In HD mode, up to about 12 days (on a 128GB card). In SD mode, up to about 19 days (on a 128GB card).
Doorbell Camera: What type of SD card should I use?
Any microSD card will work, with a maximum storage of 128GB. Any microSD card with 32GB+ of storage will need to be formatted in the camera. Fomatting will delete any data stored on the card. You can find formatting instructions in our SMART+ Cameras Walkthrough.
Doorbell Camera: Where are the reset button and microSD card slot?
Both are on the bottom of the doorbell. Hold the reset button for five seconds to reset to factory defaults.
Doorbell Camera: What is the doorbell’s input voltage?
The input voltage range is 12–24VAC at the camera power port.
Doorbell Camera: Can I mount the camera at an angle?
Yes. Use the included angle wall mount. Follow the mounting instructions in the user manual.
