Outdoor Camera: Where are the reset button and microSD card slot?
Both are located on the back of the camera. Hold the reset button for five seconds to reset to factory defaults.
Outdoor Camera: Can I change the detection area?
Yes. You can resize the frame under the Detection Alarm settings in the app. You can find instructions in our SMART+ Cameras Walkthrough.
Outdoor Camera: Does this outdoor camera have night vision?
Yes. It uses passive infrared to see up to 32.8 ft (10 m).
Outdoor Camera: What type of SD card should I use?
Any microSD card will work, with a maximum storage of 128GB. Any microSD card with 32GB+ of storage will need to be formatted in the camera. Fomatting will delete any data stored on the card. You can find formatting instructions in our SMART+ Cameras Walkthrough.
Outdoor Camera: How long can I record before the microSD card is full?
In HD mode, up to about 12 days (on a 128GB card). In SD mode, up to about 19 days (on a 128GB card).
