Your light must be connected to your phone or a voice assistant to function. If your light is connected to a voice assistant, you can turn off your phone’s WiFi. WiFi is required on your phone for setup.

Is there a limit to how many devices I can connect?

The maximum number of devices you can connect is limited by your home layout (walls, floor, etc.), the type and proximity of your WiFi router, and other factors.

No. SYLVANIA SMART WiFi devices do not require and are not compatible with existing hubs. They connect directly to your WiFi router.

If your device is connected to a wall switch or has an on/off switch, make sure it is turned on.

How do I put my light into pairing mode?

Turn it off and on five times. It will flash red, green, and blue (for full-color lights) or white (for white lights).
