I’ve added my device to the Alexa, Google Home, or Apple Home apps, but it doesn’t show up. What can I do?

1. For lights, turn the light off and on five times to reset it to factory settings. For plugs, press and hold the on/off button for 5 seconds until you see the flashing blue LED to indicate that it reset.
2. Open the SYLVANIA Smart Home app to update the light’s firmware for your smart speaker.
3. Follow the instructions in the app to complete the setup process.
Please note: Not all SYLVANIA Bluetooth Mesh devices are compatible with Alexa, Google Home and Apple Home. Please check your device to confirm compatibility.
